"Spotter" is the codename of a Knight of the Keruvim specializing in tracking targets.
History[edit | edit source]
Initial Investigations[edit | edit source]
Spotter was introduced as part of a team of trackers that Axalara formed to find Blackout by request of TPK. After meeting them, TPK took the team to the prison that once held Blackout on Malchior IV. By using his machine, Spotter determined that not only was Blackout there, but there were also a large amount of Makuta at one time in a nearby field (the site of Ragnarok). He set his antidermis tracker to focus on Blackout's signature, which he followed into the forest. There he discovered the presence of residual chronal energy, implying that a time traveller had been involved with Blackout's disappearance, as well as magical energy. At Coro's suggestion, they then went to Malchior IV's moon to see if they could find more evidence there. After Spotter detected the DNA of an unknown Osirian, Raziel appeared and revealed to them that the magic user was Malygos, the time traveller was F-Blackout, and the Osirian following Blackout was Ra. With this new information, they decided to head to Ailyb-Gypte.
Battle on the Pale Fire[edit | edit source]
Once they arrived on the planet next to Ra's palace, Spotter decided to investigate a nearby ship, the Pale Fire. Axalara, Moe, and TPK accompanied him. They broke into the ship, but were detected by Ferox, who immediately moved in to attack them. Spotter was zapped unconscious by Ferox's chain lightning. Luckily, he woke up to find that the Makuta had been defeated, but unluckily, a squadron of Rahkshi were heading straight for them. While they were distracted by the Rahkshi, Bonecrusher tackled Spotter and tried to kill him, but TPK wrestled him off and stabbed the Makuta through the abdomen. They then had to fight for their lives against Barricade and the rest of the Rahkshi while avoiding the poison that Kulnak sprayed over the floor. Miraculously, they survived, in part thanks to Spotter's antidote. They eventually found Blackout, but decided not to kill him, because a new situation had presented itself: the escape of Subject 08.
The Mazkertis Paradox[edit | edit source]
When it became clear that retrieving Subject 08 was now their highest priority, Spotter and the others flew to Mordor to obtain information on Mazkertis from the former leader of the Great Beings: Angonce. Angonce told them that their only hope against Mazkertis was either D-Klak or Zev Raregroove. Instead of finding Zev, the group decided to go into the past to find D-Klak and get his advice on how to recapture Mazkertis.
