An incredibly ancient Elemental that spent ages under the protection of the Patch Tribe, a time ago, the Spirit of Wind made its way to the Atuar Sadiares space station. There, it came into contact with and bonded with its true shaman ally - the captain of the Bebop II, Viriathus. It has rarely been seen used, but as a positively primordial elemental spirit, its power level is of the same order of magnitude as its brethren, the Spirit of Fire and the Spirit of Earth.
Abilities[edit | edit source]
Capable of high-speed flight, the Spirit of Wind may or may not possess the capacity for destruction that the Spirit of Fire has displayed under Namah's direction; however, it is certainly agile, adaptable, and is fully capable of working in concert with its master and her fighting style. In a battle against Dire Knight, the potent Seirei-Class spirit was at the mercy of any focused attack that the Spirit of Wind dealt him.
Air Manipulation: As its name suggests, the Spirit of Wind has absolute control over the element of air. It can concentrate its raw power into a devastating cyclone which was a match for Dire Knight's brute strength, yet is precise enough to form updrafts and more controlled cyclones which assist Viriathus's already impressive agility.
Flight: The Spirit of Wind is able to fly at incredible speed, and has full perception of its surroundings while in flight. Its multiple sets of wings also give it precise control, and it seems to negate the weight of any passengers it is required to carry.
Malleable Form: Able to easily assume multiple sizes as the situation demands, the Spirit of Wind does not necessitate training on its master's part to compress or expand its spiritual body for convenience's sakes.
OverSouls[edit | edit source]
O.S.: S.O.W.[edit | edit source]
Type: Spirit
Class: ???
Medium: The air itself.
Description: When the Spirit of Wind's main OverSoul is formed, it rapidly agitates the air to form a tempestuous, gusting mini-storm. This precedes its emergence, which simply uses the air itself and its various composite particles as a medium for interacting with the physical world.
Trivia[edit | edit source]
- When Vi first met the Spirit of Wind, she gave it the name "Winged Serpent", after a type of deity in many ancient Meso-American cultures.
