In the far future, "Mirage" is one of F-Klak's top generals. He is highly enigmatic, to the point of keeping even his name secret, and his talents are seemingly endless. He is a skilled assassin and a magic user, but what truly endeared F-Klak to him is his ability to persuade even high-ranking politicians to his cause.
History[edit | edit source]
Mirage had joined F-Klak years prior to the events of FROG, and eventually became part of his executive board. On his behalf, he made contact with politicians with imperialist ambitions on Teruga Prime, Coridan VI, and Earth, offering them F-Klak's support in their wars.
When F-Klak was ordered by User MK to begin his campaign, Mirage immediately began calling in his "favours". He convinced the government of Coridan to begin preparing for war, but ran into resistance on Teruga. The Speaker of the Terugan parliament, Tox, felt that the government needed an excuse. Mirage obliged, and with the help of Barnax, Nemesis, Evelin, and Catalyx, he bombed the town hall of the Terugan capital. Tox happily used the false flag operation as an excuse to grant the government emergency powers to declare war on Xindi VII.
However, the Earthlings were even more resistant. The planet's dictator, Khan Noonien Singh, saw through F-Klak's intentions and decided he wouldn't be a puppet. To add insult to injury, he had Mirage forcibly removed from his office.
Later, Mirage met with F-Klak, where they discussed Khan's resistance and decided to overthrow him with the help of local opposition groups. It turned out that Mirage knew nothing about the opposition, so he left the meeting to do some research in the Knowledge Dimension. He returned with a list, as well as a design for a prison tailored for magical beings called an Octavarium. His master was particularly pleased with the latter.
After the meeting, Mirage travelled to Xindi VII, and assassinated the President on Tox's behest, thus paving the way for a new acting President who would have to surrender to the Terugan army.
He then returned to Teruga, just in time to find out about someone out to assassinate his master. He confronted him in the streets, only to be gunned down. After Praepositus had left, Mirage burst into flames, and stood up, alive and well.
