- "Well well well... it seems as though you have once again, despite your best efforts, become a pawn in one of my rather elaborate ruses, and it seems as though the end result of said ruse has left your state of being of a lesser quality than before you were dealt the card hidden up my sleeve, while being none the wiser! And yes, while it is true that you will eventually recover from this recent turn of events, it remains unclear whether or not your social status on this Meme World will remain at its current level, or if it will take a turn for the worst! After all is said and done, at the end of the day, you will have to accept the fact that you got the short end of the deal! You got trolled, swindled, bamboozled! Your jimmies were rustled! U mad bro? I hold no remorse or regret, for I am and always shall be... A MASTER RUSEMAN!"
- ―LeTrole Rusemann to One-Punch Man[1]
LeTrole Rusemann was a mischievous inhabitant of Meme World who delighted in "rusing" people.
History[edit | edit source]
In 150,084 CMT, LeTrole Rusemann approached the Dong Squad on Meme World when they considered entering a large rabbit hole in their quest to find the Mask of Loki. He asked them if there was a problem,[2] but was ignored, so he begged them to respond.[3] LeTrole Rusemann then followed the Dong Squad down the rabbit hole into Tommy Wiseau's realm[4] and continued trying to get their attention by claiming that he was looking for his brother, "MADBRO".[5] Saitama was unimpressed with Rusemann's games, so he seemingly knocked Rusemann unconscious with a punch to the face. Wiseau thanked Saitama for knocking out Rusemann because he "deed naht" like him[6] moments before Rusemann, apparently still conscious, stood back up and mocked Saitama for falling for one of his "ruses". However, Saitama was unfazed and silenced Rusemann by knocking him out again.[1]
When Rusemann awoke, he found himself trapped in a four-dimension projectional of The Room with the Dong Squad and the Heckler. Rusemann tried to ruse the Heckler by calling him a "little girl", but the Heckler did not give a heck, so Rusemann was forced to admit defeat and ran away.[7] Rusemann returned to follow the Dong Squad into a flower shop, but was knocked out again when Pumkin burped a stiletto into his face at high speed.[8]
LeTrole Rusemann met up with King Harkinian, Sasha, and Reddit Alien to assist the Dong Squad in their battle against Tommy Wiseau. The four characters appeared in the volcanic battle chamber when all hope seemed lost and fired their attacks at Wiseau and his steed,[9] which injured Wiseau's steed enough for Tiny to kill it with the Dedotated Wam. Rusemann then overheard the Dong Squad mention their ship, so he tried to bait them by saying that it sucked, but Shrek rejected Rusemann's bait.[10] Wiseau then teleported the five remaining conscious Dongers (Yon, BONES, Shrek, See-Man, and the Hand) into an artificial reality created by the Mask, leaving Rusemann and the others behind.[11] Sasha started to panic at the thought that the oppression of Wiseau could potentially destroy Meme World, so Rusemann mocked him and asked if he was "mad".[12]
BONES and Wiseau were then teleported back into the chamber.[13] Rusemann and the others rushed over to watch the battle,[14] which culminated in the death of Wiseau, but also four members of the Dong Squad.[15] Rusemann then climbed back up to the surface of Meme World to find new people to troll because the Dong Squad were not falling for his ruses. There, he discovered the survivors of the log cabin crash[16] and decided to annoy Hungry-man by throwing a banana peel in front of him as he ran, causing him to slip and fall onto his back. Rusemann's uproarious laughter alerted Bill Wilson, who caught Rusemann in the act and asked if getting caught was part of his plan. Rusemann replied that "distracting" Bill was his plan to waste his time, so Hassan-ill-Sabbah knocked the prankster out with a kick to the head.[17]
LeTrole Rusemann later attended the funeral for the fallen Dongers to pay his respects to his fellow memers.[18]
