Ade Jitter is the captain of the TSS Jet-Ball II and an ally of the Dong Squad. After crashing on Meme World with the Dongers, Ade formed the Meme Team, hoping to use them to win her planet back from the ZFT.
Biography[edit | edit source]
Ade is a white-skinned, short-haired female Terugan with cybernetic arms. She is a stubborn captain, fiercely dedicated to completing whatever mission she chooses to go on. The only reason she stayed in her position as captain during the ZFT occupation is because of her relationship with her crew.
History[edit | edit source]
Ade was chosen from a list of skilled Terugan space pilots to command the Jet-Ball II when it was first commissioned. Unlike the captain of the Bouncy-Ball, Ade chose to have her ship and crew stationed on Teruga Prime, so that they would be ready to counter-attack invasion attempts by any hostile extraterrestrial forces. This obviously failed because the ZFT later invaded and occupied Teruga Prime, including the Jet-Ball II. Despite this, Ade was kept on due to her skill, with the addition of most of her crew.
When Yon's Dong Squad was evacuated from Ipomal during its destruction several years later, the ZFT sent several ships to pursue Lord Zrintch's fleet. The Jet-Ball II was one of these ships, and it incessantly hampered Zrintch's flagship, causing complications for the Squad. This prompted Yon and The Hand to be magicked onto the Jet-Ball II with the help of Merasmus. Yon fought his way to the bridge and met Ade. He convinced her to help Zrintch and the rest of the Dong Squad escape, because they would be important in saving the multiverse. After seeing the evidence with her own eye, Ade agreed, and helped Yon take out another wave of ZFT soldiers once they arrived at the bridge. Ade's navigator suggested to her that they could take out the rest of the ZFT ships by dumping and then detonating their warp core, and she stated that it would result in their deaths. Yon telepathically contacted No Image Guy, who was on Zrintch's ship, and asked him if he could steer the Jet-Ball II to safety after the explosion, and he said that he could try. No Image Guy then materialized next to Ade, and Yon explained his plan to her. Ade nodded, and confirmed to the computer that she would like to eject the warp core. Once it was ejected, she observed No Image Guy enter the ship's computer while Yon fired an optic beam at the core from the open shuttle bay. It exploded and No Image Guy flew them to safety. The ship docked with Zrintch's flagship, and Yon promised Ade that they would drop her and her crew off at a safe location. Ade thanked him and shook the hand of one of the Ayy-Lmaliums, thanking them for all they had done for her world.
When the pilots of Zrintch's ship lost control of it upon entering the atmosphere of Meme World, the Jet-Ball II was ejected from the hangar in an effort to lessen the weight of the ship. Although the Jet-Ball II landed safely on a cushion-like surface, Ade was thrown out of one of the ship's windows and landed on hard ground, breaking her leg in the process. She was carried to the wreckage of Hungry-man's log cabin on a stretcher by the survivors of that crash.
