"What a bloody mess!"
Wisely comments on his handiwork[1]

Wisely was a member of the Family of Noah who reincarnated inside the body of a hobo after an extended absence.

Description[edit | edit source]

The human host that the Noah named Wisely reincarnated into was a young hobo with wild, unkempt red hair, a dusting of freckles, and forest green eyes. He wore a striped black and green scarf around his head that was discarded when the Noah gene awakened and his third eye manifested on his forehead. In the final stage of the transformation, the third eye grew to cover his brow, his skin turned charcoal-gray, and his eyes turned gold.[1]

History[edit | edit source]

In 150,083 CMT, a young human hobo on an unidentified world was suddenly incapacitated by an agonizing pain in his head, his screams alerting the attention of two nearby policemen. After an examination of the hobo revealed that some kind of inflamed, swollen bump had begun to protrude from the center of his forehead, the policemen attempted to contact the nearest hospital to request assistance, only to find that their radio was being jammed by some kind of disturbance. When the policemen asked the hobo to explain what his condition was so that the doctors would know how to treat him, the hobo suddenly screamed that he could "see everything", and the growth on his head gained a silver sheen, transforming into an eye-like shape. Having successfully awakened inside a new human host, Wisely immediately used his powers to cause the officers' heads to explode, eliminating the witnesses.[1]

As the reincarnated Wisely climbed to his feet, the rest of the Family of Noah emerged from the mist that enshrouded the area to welcome him back to the mortal plane. When the Millennium Earl asked Wisely if he remembered him, Wisely answered that he was the Millennium Earl and that his own name was Wisely, taking a moment to remark on the mess he had caused. As the two men laughed ominously, the mist expanded across the city and screaming began.[1]
