"SEE!"
Seeldier, to his rescuers[1]

Seeldier is a powerful clone who Captain Eurobeat, Strika, Nif, and Levi broke out of Supermax 282 to aid them in their fight against Mazkertis.

History[edit | edit source]

Early Life[edit | edit source]

Seeldier is a clone of Soldier who was created on one of the various Earths that existed in the Original Universe as part of an unknown initiative that also resulted in the creation of FAAAK-Cupcake, Pootisman, See-Man, and countless other anomalous clones. Unlike most of the other clones who shared his template, Seeldier was created with the power to alter the size of his own body parts at will and the power to determine the location of anything in the entire universe; but he was left unable to talk save for the word "SEE!". Seeldier was deemed to be a failed clone and rejected from the project, so he was herded onto a rocket and shot into space with countless other failed clones. Seeldier was one of these clones who came to live in the galactic community in the years that followed.[2]

At some point, Seeldier was incarcerated in Supermax 282 for an as-of-yet unknown reason.[1]

The Mazkertis Paradox[edit | edit source]

In 150,084 CMT, President Trump of Earth considered negotiating Seeldier's release from Supermax 282 so that he could form him, Agent 47, and the Joker into a hit squad to kill Mazkertis, partly because Mazkertis had publicly embarrassed Trump in front of the Kindred of Dawn a few weeks prior. Trump kept photographs of Seeldier, 47, and the Joker in his pocket and planned to present them to representatives of the Galactic Government to negotiate their release in the 3784th Assembly of the Reverie when the time came.[1]

On Day 56 of The Mazkertis Paradox arc, Trump attended the 3784th Assembly of the Reverie, but learned that he would be unable to negotiate Seeldier's release when Akoran Zicks announced that the Supermax prisons would be sold off to the Blackwatch Corporation while he worked to dismantle the Galactic Government. However, four characters interrupted the meeting who also wanted to see Mazkertis killed: Captain Eurobeat, Strika, Niflheim, and Leviathan. The four newcomers' pleas for the government to help them were rejected, so Trump flew up to them on his podium and made them a deal: if they broke Seeldier, 47, and the Joker out of prison, he would allow them to use them to kill Mazkertis. The four strangers agreed, so Trump gave them the photographs and identification numbers of the prisoners and wished them luck.[1]

Captain Eurobeat, Strika, Nif, and Levi proceeded to Supermax 282 and unlocked Seeldier's cell by destroying a power box that was connected to it. Seeldier seemed grateful to be rescued and pledged his allegiance to his rescuers with an enthusiastic "SEE!".[1]

In the weeks that followed, Seeldier helped Captain Eurobeat and the crew of the Night of Fire search for Mazkertis by pointing to Mazkertis's location, but the Night of Fire always arrived too late: wherever they landed, all they would typically find around them were the dead bodies of Mazkertis's victims and the remains of temporary Kindred of Dawn encampments. On Day 76, Seeldier remained on the bridge when Nif informed Captain Eurobeat that he wanted to leave the Night of Fire to search for the Original Universe's versions of his friends from his homeworld. Seeldier voiced his approval of Nif's new mission with several enthusiastic "SEE!"s.[3]

Abilities & Powers[edit | edit source]

  • Personal Size Manipulation: Seeldier can manipulate the individual sizes of most of his body parts for offensive or defensive purposes.[2]
  • All-Sight: Seeldier can instantly locate anything in the universe that he inhabits (and possibly even beyond), but due to the limitations of his speech, he has difficulty conveying this information to others.[2]
