The Heralds of Unicron are those who serve Unicron, the ancient brother of Primus dedicated to consuming the multiverse.

History[edit | edit source]

The first ever Herald of Unicron was The Fallen, who abandoned his fellow Primes to serve the space-god. He considered himself the leader of the Heralds, and his power meant no-one questioned that decision. The Fallen was defeated after a mighty battle and locked away by the Primes, but his influence remained.

Over time, many other beings joined Unicron and became Heralds. These include Blackarachnia, Entropy, Galvatron, Kranz, Lapsang, Obsidian, Razorclaw, Sideways, Strika, and Weisung.

At some point, The Fallen recruited two brothers as Heralds: Xaaron and Xintun. The Fallen commanded them to gather beings for him to feed on so that he could become powerful enough to leave his prison. When The Fallen only required one more being, Xintun attempted to trick the rogue Makuta Ynot into entering the dimension, and when that failed, he chased him across the universe, and finally managed to force him to enter the dimension. However, Ynot used a mask to transform Xintun into a Hollow, forcing Xaaron to kill Xintun by giving him to The Fallen in order to feed on. The Fallen promptly emerged from the dimension, only for his body to be destroyed, revealing his actual form, a being made completely of fire, leaving him angry, and seeking revenge. He participated in the fight against Blackout, and was seemingly killed when he was stabbed with the Master Sword... but obviously, he survived.

After some time, Unicron was killed (User:Kon forgets how). The Fallen sent other Heralds out into the universe to retrieve four objects which were required for the resurrection of Unicron: an orange sphere, a green cube, a blue pyramid, and Starscream's antidermis. After Sideways delivered the final ingredient, The Fallen performed a ritual that brought Unicron back into the universe once again. The space-god immediately began attacking BZPower, but was confronted by his brother, Primus. The aftershocks of their battle began affecting the gravity of the planet beneath them, so Namah opened a dimensional fissure below Unicron. The Fallen fed on it, but was attacked by demons and had his arm removed by Washu. He wasn't too happy about this, so he sent seven Heralds (Blackarachnia, Galvatron, Obsidian, Razorclaw, Sideways, Strika, and Xaaron) after her. Unfortunately for them, Tokimi stepped in to protect her sister and killed them all.

After Unicron was destroyed by a massive energy blast, the Fallen took control of the remaining Heralds, and retreated to an unknown location. He also created a plan to bring about something called "Terminus", which required Angolmois to function properly. He had Kranz and Entropy watch Caiaphus, Starscream and Ricochet respectively, while he himself watched over Blackout, who was apparently vital to his plan.

When Lord English was freed from his prison, The Fallen found this troubling, and considered whether to join in the effort to fight him off... at which point Entropy arrived and told him that English had appeared. This angered The Fallen very much, causing him to break the fourth wall.

When the time came to capture Blackout for use in his plan, The Fallen sent Kranz, Entropy, Lapsang and Weisung to do just that. They went to Ailyb-Gypte, broke into the Pale Fire and attacked him. However, before either side could emerge victorious, the newly-ascended Malygos appeared, crippled Blackout and killed Lapsang and Weisung. Kranz and Entropy teleported back to The Fallen's dimension and told him what had happened. The Fallen retrieved the weakened Blackout, brought him to a moon, and had Kranz and Entropy hook the Makuta up to a machine. The Fallen explained that the machine would drain Blackout of Unicron energy and transfer it into him instead. However, when he activated the machine, the energy was soaked up by the moon, where it was revealed that the moon was Unicron's body all along. Unicron teleported the Heralds inside his body, where he crushed The Fallen and had Kranz and Entropy dragged away by some of his robotic slaves. What happened to them afterwards is unknown.
