Turaga Dume was the Turaga of Metru Nui before Blackout's takeover of the Matoran Universe.

History[edit | edit source]

In 99,080 CMT,[1] Turaga Dume held a ceremony at the Coliseum to reward everyone who participated in the Quest for the Master Sword for their efforts. He gave a speech and handed out medals to the quest participants, but Blackout interrupted the ceremony by stealing the Master Sword from Zev Raregroove.[2]

Later, Blackout used image manipulator chips to brainwash the Matoran of Metru Nui into killing Dume.[3] After Dume's death, Malygos used persuasion particles to make the Matoran accept him as the new Turaga.[4]

Dume's current status is unknown; if his body and mind were left sufficiently intact when died, he could have been transported to the Red Star and revived.
