"Bring the Pain" Barry is the evil twin brother of Hide the Pain Harold.

History[edit | edit source]

Early Life[edit | edit source]

Much of Barry's early life is unknown, but it is implied that he is responsible for much of his twin brother's grief. At some point, he encountered Dr. Bedge, and quickly made an enemy of him.

Battle with the Critics[edit | edit source]

In 150,084 CMT, Barry captured 90s Kid and trapped him inside a barn on Kråvenhold. He then broadcasted a hologram of himself and the Kid to Malcolm's ship, goading Malcolm and his allies to come and get them. When the gang showed up outside the barn, Barry came out to greet them, pretending to be a Kind Old Man before revealing his true nature by punching Dr. Pavel in the face. Barry took on the whole group by himself, defeating Spoony and Seran with his attacks, but was eventually defeated by Spanha, who wrapped herself around his head to cut off his air supply. When he came to, he found that he had been handcuffed by Paul Latza. He threatened the group again, but was immediately knocked out by Spoony with a single punch.

Abilities & Powers[edit | edit source]

Barry's eyes glowed red when using any of his abilities.

  • Flight: Barry displayed the ability to fly and hover in mid-air.
  • Regeneration: Barry could seemingly heal himself when not being attacked by using some kind of innate power or magical ability.

Trivia[edit | edit source]

  • The Dark Mirror Universe version of Hugh Neutron had a picture of Barry in his personal quarters. When showing Merasmus and Randolph Moloch around, he pointed to the picture and claimed that "Bring the Pain Barry did nothing wrong, he only wants us to stop being beta cucks!". It is unknown if Hugh was referring to the Barry of the Original Universe, or an undiscovered Barry in the Dark Mirror Universe.
